The service
The Sculpt Network ("the app", "we") is a tool for Pilates instructors to build exercise libraries, assemble class plans, and schedule classes across studios. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.
Your content
Exercises, class plans, studios, and scheduled classes you create remain yours. We store and display them back to you as part of running the service, and don't use them for anything else.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose — planning and scheduling Pilates classes. Don't attempt to access another instructor's data, disrupt the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and your data intact, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access. Back up anything mission-critical elsewhere if that matters to you.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes. We may also suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above.
